Treatments and holistic therapies

Massage therapy is, for me, a space where both body and mind can calm down. Alongside the deeper techniques, there is always attentive presence and a holistic perspective, so the session supports not only the body but also inner balance.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage targets tension and adhesions in the deeper layers of the muscles. Slow, focused pressure helps release overloaded areas, improve circulation, and support the removal of metabolic waste. The result is freer movement and a more balanced body.
SPORT MASSAGE
Sports massage uses targeted, firm techniques to support muscle recovery and restore ease of movement. The session focuses on a specific area — such as the back, hamstrings, calves, or any strained region — improving circulation and reducing stiffness.
DRY CUPPING THERAPY
Dry cupping is an effective method for releasing deeper muscle tension and stimulating circulation. It loosens adhesions, activates stagnant areas and supports detoxification. It can be booked alone or added to any massage.
RELAXATION MASSAGE
A gentle relaxation massage is available on request, but my main focus is therapeutic, targeted treatments.
KUNDALINI
YOGA
Kundalini Yoga is an inner journey that uses breath, mantra and meditative movement to cultivate awareness and awaken inner strength.
The practice gently, harmonises the nervous system, helping to release tension and support a return to a calmer, more balanced state.
QI GONG (coming soon)
Qi Gong will soon be available — a gentle practice combining breath, intention and flowing movement to support balance and grounded energy.
