Advance booking

​

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied toward the total amount.
For same-day or next-day bookings, full payment is required in advance. These bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Payment methods

​

Accepted: cash or bank transfer.

Cancellation

​

More than 24 hours in advance: full refund of the deposit.
Within 24 hours: the deposit is non-refundable and the remaining balance will be charged.
No-shows: failure to attend without prior notice will result in the full service amount being charged.

Rescheduling

​

Free of charge if made more than 24 hours in advance.
Within 24 hours: the original deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required.

Lateness

​

Please arrive on time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the full service, and the full amount may still apply.

Exceptional circumstances

​

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations may occur. In such cases (e.g. serious illness or urgent matters), management will use discretion and may request proof if necessary.
