2. What should I expect from a Kundalini Yoga class?

The class usually begins with a warm-up, followed by a series of kriyas (structured sets of exercises with a specific focus), and ends with relaxation and meditation. Clear guidance is provided throughout, and modifications are always available.

3. Is Kundalini Yoga practice for me?
Yes. Kundalini Yoga is highly adaptable and can be practised at different levels of intensity.
If sitting on the floor is uncomfortable, a chair can be used. The practice is both gentle and powerful, allowing each participant to work within their own capacity and comfort.

4. I practise a different style of yoga. Is it okay to try Kundalini Yoga?
