Kundalini Yoga – General Introduction:

​

Kundalini Yoga is a gentle yet powerful practice combining breathwork, mantra and mindful movement. Each class supports nervous system balance, mental clarity and a deeper connection to yourself.

 

The practice helps release stress, build inner strength and return to a calmer, more grounded state.

 

Classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Weekly Class 

​

Mondays, 7:00–8:30 PM

​

£15 per person.

​

What to bring to the class

– comfortable, loose-fitting clothing

– water

– yoga mat

– yoga cushion

– blanket

 

If you have any questions before the class, feel free to ask.

Openness and a bit of curiosity are always welcome too
